Jon wasn’t in the original show, and Miles definitely wasn't in the script, but as they bond over nurse-office snacks and end-of-the-world trauma, Miles starts to wonder if he was sent here to save a heart instead of a timeline. It’s cheesy, it’s unoriginal and it might just be the best mistake the universe ever made.

Maybe it’s a past-life connection. Maybe it’s just the fact that Buggy’s "angry, flashy" energy is exactly what Shanks has been missing. Either way, Shanks is about to find out that while he might not have the "Main Character" memories, he’s definitely got the "Main Love Interest" feelings.

He wasn't the main character of a comedy Webtoon or Netflix film! God forbid a guy be kind enough to save someone from falling, now he was a magnet for 20-something demon idols.
