Summary
This is a collection of notes and worldbuilding research as a companion piece to my Severus Snape centric Time Travel Fix-It fic Young Renegade. You don't have to read this to understand anything in the main fic, and you don't have to read the main fic to make use of any of the notes contained here. But my author's notes were getting to be as long as my chapters, so I felt like I needed somewhere to stick my ramblings that wasn't crowding up the body of the main fic.
The worldbuilding and notes for this series can be easily summed up with a tag I saw on another work: canon is a box of legos and y'all I've lost the instructions for it.

Summary
And Jungkook supposes that this is the moment that he really starts to get to know Yoongi. By the time that he and Yoongi finally say goodnight, the alarm clock sitting on the nightstand next to Jungkook’s bed says that it’s nearly four in the morning.
I want to know him, Jungkook thinks.
Then, a thought that definitely should scare him, but doesn’t actually bring any fear into his heart: I’m going to fall in love with Min Yoongi.
Or: Jungkook doesn't believe in love at first sight until he meets Min Yoongi.

Summary
Jungkook has recently started to only talk to Yoongi when they’re not inside their apartment complex because Jungkook’s flimsy excuse of bad wiring in their hallway every single time that he talks to Yoongi is not working out any longer. He’s sure that Yoongi’s noticed that the lights in their hallway only flicker when he’s talking to Jungkook. Even then, Jungkook has to keep changing things up because anywhere with electricity is bad… And anywhere with dirt is bad since Jungkook’s emotions also tend to act out in the way of flowers sprouting at his feet. So, he has to avoid his neighbor in some places and specifically seek him out in others when he wants to talk because Jungkook always wants to talk to Yoongi because he’s nice and hot and-
And, well. Jungkook wouldn’t say that Yoongi isn’t someone who can’t be trusted… But he’s not quite ready for Yoongi to find out about his magical status.
Or: Jungkook is a witch and trying to hide that fact from Yoongi, who maybe isn't quite as oblivious as Jungkook thinks.
