The princess screamed something, reaching for him. I’ll save you! he realized she was saying as he read her lips. Had to read lips, because the inside of the crystal was silent. Completely cut off from the world. He pressed his hands to the magical barrier, for one moment despairing as he watched the princess disappear and take the shining light with her.
