“It’s a good thing we ran into you. The Endless Abyss is no place for a disciple, I’m taking you back with us.” Shang Qinghua settles on, squaring his shoulders and hoping the imperial stubbornness he’s trying to give off is enough to clue his king into his plan, as well as hopefully hold what little power he has over Luo Binghe’s head—“I’m not going with him.” The protagonist spits, his voice all venom and fury, despite the fact he looks more like a wet angry kitten, defeated and battered. Fuck, when he was writing the treacherous Endless Abyss and Binghe’s horrible transformation, he never expected an actual teenager to go through it all.
He doesn’t look stronger, he just looks… traumatized.Or, the one where Shang Qinghua runs into Luo Binghe mid-abyss hell times, and the System isn't responding so fuck it, he can't just leave him there! (Kind of a fix it? Very self-satisfaction-y, someone please take care of this friggin kid)

He seems to have dropped some large platter of something - he should not be doing something so lowly as serving things, he’s not a servant any longer. But it is very typical of him to mindlessly reach out and start doing whatever unfinished tasks he sees before him, grumbling all the while as if someone is forcing him into it. Right now, he looks gobsmacked. Pale and wide eyed and gaping in shock, looking shaken to his core.

The thing is, the disciples of An Ding know that their peak operates under some very specific rules, and one of those is: we will always choose our own, first. So when someone kidnaps their shizun and leaves rather bloody proof of it to traumatize the babies, of course the Head Disciple has to step up and handle it. Shen Qingqiu would like to register a complaint with the management (though whether that's Yue Qingyuan, as the sect leader, or Shang Qinghua as the author, even he's not sure), but unfortunately neither he nor his husband get a say.
Mobei-jun would really just like to bring his man home.

There were worse people to transmigrate into; as Mu Qingfang, Shen Yuan got to work with monsters... dead ones for parts, but still! Monsters were his third favorite thing about PIDW.
As for his favorite thing... well, he hadn't meant to accept Luo Binghe to the healer's peak! But Shen Yuan was proud to have eliminated his child abuse arc. Luo Binghe was a happy, healthy first disciple when he... fell in to the Abyss anyway?!
When he returned, Shen Yuan welcomed him back with open arms. Even if he was newly expert at, ahem, dual cultivation interventions. Thank god someone was! Shen Yuan the virgin was not equipped! Especially when his second favorite thing about PIDW, Liu Qingge, contracted succubus poisoning. Though watching the procedure had been... More compelling than any of Airplane's scenes, that's for sure! Shen Yuan thought, in a heterosexual way.
