Summary
Unable to handle the death of her son, Ramonda drowns herself in the ocean shortly after T'Challa's funeral. When the grief of the back-to-back losses becomes too much for her, Shuri attempts the same fate as her mother. A god-king on his way to make a negotiation saves her life and takes her to Talokan. It is there in that underwater kingdom where Shuri finds healing and love.
All the while, Wakanda believes Princess Shuri to be dead, leaving the seat for a new leader up for grabs. The next king changes the nation as they know it, and they need a hero to save them all.
