Summary
Years after the battle, Thorin and Bilbo live in Erebor, though Thorin has left the crown to Fili. In that prosperous time, they are invited to the wedding of Dorwinion's crown prince; and once on the road, Bilbo and Thorin find that they wouldn't mind seeing a little more of the world.
What was supposed to be a diplomatic mission to Rhûn brings them to distant lands, lets them walk over a sea of stars, cross the Eastern Desert, and gaze at the shores at the end of the world. Far from home they make new friends, and find that the world is wider than they thought - there are hobbits living in the east, and dwarves from Erebor that found a home there after the dragon came.
And eventually that same road also leads them home.

Summary
Out of the darkness a small figure ambles across the plaza.
Immediately, Obi-wan focuses on it, sensing a muffled presence in the Force. Slowly the little figure totters its way towards them in a meandering walk. Obi-wan frowns. The figure’s force signature is odd but also familiar. It’s muffled as if obscured by layers of fabric, the edges dissipating into vague nothingness.
The figure steps into a puddle of streetlights, and the light glints off metal armor painted a dull green.
A Mandalorian.

Qui-gon grumbled down the hall. Master Yoda banned Qui-gon from taking a mission for a month. A kriffen month! He sighs, complaining and whining will not get him out of the temple faster.
He mustn't have been paying attention because the next thing he knew. Walked right into someone. Colliding into a small figure. Still angry about his situation, this person will be his victim.
" You should have watched where you're going!" His voice was cold to frighten them. In hindsight he should have paid more attention.

“Mandalorian kids?” Quinlan wore a deep frown on his face, knowing how troublesome that was for the Republic.
“They tried to make them fight the Younglings. Some kind of Jedi vs Mandalorian thing. I want to bring them home.”
“To Keldabe? You have lost your mind.”
“The Republic would use them for leverage. It could escalate to war– things have been way too tense for way too long.” Obi-Wan argued.
“Going to Mandalorian Space is suicide.”
“I would rather risk my life than see children used as political pawns or worse, as leverage in war.”
“They are the enemy, Obes. If they get their hands on you they would not be so gracious.”
“There are no enemy children in war. Just children.”
Quinlan knew there was no convincing Obi-Wan at this point. “Fine. But don’t come crying to me when things go wrong.”
They both knew Quinlan would be the first to aid Obi-Wan should things go wrong.
Him and the rest of the Bear Clan.
“I’ll take the risk.”

Summary
Din Djarin is a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter, an omega hunting in an Empire-less Galaxy, making a name for himself and bringing home his Tribe countless riches. Still, it is a tumultuous time with Civil War starting between Mandalorian sects, to which he steadfastly keeps his bucket out of, in order of providing for his struggling Tribe. He ends up sticking his nose into something a little more dangerous. He blames Paz.
Jaster Mereel, recently elected Mand'alor, is having a hell of a time raising his young son without a mate and taking on Death Watch at the same time. Oh, he's doing great, but comments from prejudice Clan Heads about his ability to do both as an alpha piss him off. He has no intention of looking for a potential mate, until one quiet Mandalorian saves him and Jango from a Death Watch ambush.
TLDR : Omega!Din saves Alpha!Jaster and Jango, and Jaster immediately falls helmet over heels. Awkward Din doesn't give him an answer to his courting proposal before he bolts. It's a good thing Mandalorians love a good chase, and Jaster is one determined (stubborn) bastard.

When their ship touched down just outside a city reduced to rubble by the ruthless battles, they were greeted by one singular ad, a young boy who couldn't be older than 12 at the most (and that was pushing it). This day just keeps getting worse.
