    “Affirmative.” The machine answered as its screen flickered again. Compasso narrowed her eyes, doubtful, and decided to test it out by prompting a joke she had shared with Sir Computer a few days ago, “What did one sea say to the other the sea?” The little girl asked. 

    “Nothing. They just waved.” Said in the most toneless, flat voice ever.

    Compasso, however, was delighted, “How can you tell that a cat is happy?”

    Once again, the same robotic voice answered, devoid of all emotion, “When it is feline fine."

    Tsukasa is looking at him with slightly widened eyes, a cherry red on his freckled cheeks, and a nervous wobbly smile. Akito’s heart picks up speed and his own face burns up, and he hurriedly retracts his hand.

    “You look ridiculous.” He states and he takes the utensils Tsukasa was still holding. He busies himself with the pastry to avoid the other boy’s gaze. Maybe if he’d chosen the nap it would’ve been more manageable than this. This wouldn’t have happened at all. The only thing in his mind was to run away, again, but that would be stupid. He’s not a coward. All he did was touch Tsukasa’s hair and he blushed at that and he looked so adorable and ohmy fucking god, shut up. What is wrong with him?

    (Three times Akito is fixated on Tsukasa's hair and one time Tsukasa is captivated by Akito's.)
