Tommy ran across the rooftop.
He hated the rain- but he just happened to adore the heroes chasing him. They were so cool!Siren, the 6th top hero, a part of the SBI and famous for his reputation of bringing in vigilantes to the authorities. Oh yeah, he also had a 'silver tongue', he could basically have anyone follow his command- which was kind of stupid that he hadn’t commit world domination yet- who was Tommy to judge? It took everyone different times to have their villain arc.
The Blade, the number one hero and the second coolest hero Tommy had ever heard of. He was super strong and fast and above average. The way he swung his sword with practiced with ease and could beat anyone and everyone in the history of ever- too bad Tommy might just have to be the first one to beat him if that prick keeps fuckin’ following him around like a creep-
And then there’s Philza, the 3rd top hero and undoubtedly the coolest of the SBI- he had wings! He was so cool, the way he flew through the air as if he just doesn’t care and the way he swooped down towards Tommy, handcuffs in hand! Oh sh-
