Yang Xiao Long, once a talented and passionate biology student, begins failing her class due to her growing conflict with Professor Taurus, a strict teacher who openly favors another student while constantly criticizing Yang. Frustrated and convinced that Taurus unfairly hates her, Yang starts skipping classes and giving up academically, despite biology being one of her favorite subjects.

He then spent two weeks hiding in the wilderness before Qrow found him while on the hunt for his sister, eventually taking it upon himself to become Jaune's guardian.
But the truth of who was responsible for the death of Jaune's family couldn't stay hidden forever and when he finally learns about Raven Branwen, Jaune makes his way to the only place he believes he can find answers. The only place where he can gain the skills and the means to track down the Branwen Tribe's leader and finally put the past to rest, one way or another.

I've been rewatching RWBY, taking notes, and analysing what I take notes on. Most of that I've been posting to my tumblr, but this one might be a bit... difficult, to put on there directly.
So I'm putting it here instead.
RWBY is a show that loves using symbolism, and the Moon certainly seems to have some significance beyond simply looking cool as hell. It also makes an appearance in each of the Color Trailers. In this essay, I analyse the way those Trailers utilise the Moon.
