Summary
One night Takato vanishes, leaving Guilmon and his D-Arc behind. With something weird happening down at Hypnos, there's more to this than a missing boy. To get their friend back, not to mention save Tokyo, Jenrya and Ruki must face conspiracies, a corrupted Black Growlmon, a Digital World bent on invasion, and new allies Ryo Akiyama and Alice McCoy with their own agendas.
The first; a boy without a Digimon partner claiming to have been to the Digital World and survived.
The second; a girl promising help from across the world that sounds too good to be true.The Tamers aren't the first kids to meet Digimon...and these partnerships aren't as magical as they seem.

Summary
The Monster Makers paid a heavy price for their role in creating artifical life, perhaps none so much as Alice Mccoy, the innocent bystander caught up in her grandfather’s computerized crossfire.
Forcibly stranded in the Digital World with no hope to escape or even survive, Alice was a ghost. A shell of the girl she was before. She was never the happiest child, but here with monsters around every corner, only now did she understand and miss knowing what it was like to feel alive.
Until she catches the eye of the Digimon Sovereign.
With sorrow and pity in their hearts, the Sovereign send Alice a champion. A perfect being to protect the fellow offspring of the creator they feel indebted to.
And so Alice finds Dobermon. Her own Digimon, her own partner. And as their journey comes to an end, and its time for both worlds and them to leave each other, neither Human nor Digimon find themselves willing to let go without leaving each other with what needs to be said, and felt.
