Lord Voldemort pushed through with all magic and rage and apparated while following that pull of magic inside him that screamed Harry Potter.
He landed in the middle of a bright, sunlit street filled with almost identical houses in a suffocating muggle place. Voldemort turned around, hissing at a child playing in their garden and making her run inside with a scream that might have delighted him any other day.
His official return to the wizarding world was supposed to be dramatic, planned to perfection as the historical moment it was. Now his first official sighting was scaring children like some common ruffian. As always; his plans were utterly destroyed by Harry fucking Potter.

When he is in Gringots with Hagrid, for some marvellous reason, he decides to leave (dumb?). He makes a few different choices and meets a few different people and maybe everything is different but it's fine.(I DO NOT support JK Rowling. All of the characters belong to her but, so do her views.)

I will be using direct quotes from the book in some scenes. Marked mature for strong language. Any chapter warnings will be addressed at the beginning of each chapter. Story may not be updated on a regular schedule. I'm trying to incorporate 90’s British slang but I am not British so please be nice to me. No scrounging for news, or pouring over letters. He could find the motivation to if he wished and he really doesn't. He fell in love with the intricacies of pipes and water systems. And really, how much could go wrong sticking your wand in places it really ought not to be?
Or a story in which Kreacher eats crisps, Harry blows up toilets, Hermione takes an unplanned trip, and a whole lot of things become Draco’s problem.
