Summary

“Or, hear me out, consider this." Claude interjects, pulling a chewed up blue pencil from goddess knows where. He takes the notepad from Lorenz’s manicured hands and jots something down.
After what feels like a century, Claude slides the notebook on the table, back to Lorenz, face down. Hilda leans over, grabbing onto the back of Lorenz’s chair as hers starts dangerously tipping to the side.
When Lorenz turns the notebook around, it takes them both a moment to decipher Claude’s handwriting (was that an a or an e?), but Lorenz figures it out first.
“A boyfriend!?”
Shit, turns out that a was an e.
Or, Hilda, Claude, and Lorenz suspect that their precious Marianne is hiding a relationship from them, and take it upon themselves to find the mystery man and make sure he's a suitable suitor, all before they leave for winter break, goddess damn it!
