Summary
Three years after the Contest of Fobet, Caspar and Linhardt settle into their lives as explorer-researchers. While Linhardt is content with his life and slowly moves towards finding an explanation for his lost Leafeon, Caspar is itching to do more with his life. Breaking from his quiet and peaceful life, Caspar joins Edelgard's military and her campaign for a war of liberation.
Follow the story of Caspar as he tries to launch himself into fame and herodom through the one things he does best: fighting. Along the way, he grapples with his complicated heritage, his shared hopes and dreams with Linhardt, and a deep exploration of his own soul. By the end of this story, nothing holds Caspar back from becoming who he is meant to be, whether that be morals or love.

NOT FINISHED YETA story of attending school at Garreg Mach focused on the viewpoints of Hapi and Lysithea, who both end up in the same class when Hapi and Constance join the Golden Deer. There will be a mix of:
- Romance (some explicit scenes, but not really my focus)
- Silly slice-of-life school stuff
- Young people in their teens and 20's finding out who they are
- Explorations of identity, roles in society
- Dealing with authority and power structures (I hope this doesn't sound really pretentious)The sequence of background events pretty faithfully follows the Golden Deer route, but the focus is usually more on how characters are interacting day-to-day than on the big plot stuff from the game, and I'm adding a lot of events that weren't seen in game, but that could have happened.
Aside from Hapi and Lysithea characters with bigger roles:
Constance, Leonie, Hilda, Linhardt, maybe othersMost others are varying degrees of side-character, though some will play bigger roles than others.

Shez looked around at the incredible view from the back deck of the beach house. The blue ocean seemed to go on for miles and miles, and the sand in front of the house was a soft, tan color. The sandy area below the house was already decked out in volleyball nets, which she had heard was a popular sport with the nobles. She knew that Edelgard, being an Emperor, was loaded, but this place was amazing! Nobles kept so much of this sweet stuff hidden away from common folk. A merc like her would normally not be able to see such gorgeous sites, especially not from such a great angle.

This story is a novelization of the events of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, following the Crimson Flower story but using events from the other stories, Cindered Shadows included, to tell the full story of the game. Think of it as "complete" story, not a golden story, and don't come in expecting every character to make it out alive.
There's a heavy emphasis on character-building moments and the slow growth of the Black Eagles and their allies, and I do my best to avoid simple direct portrayals of in-game cutscenes after the first few chapters. The pace is slow but steady, and I keep a strict upload pace of one chapter every other week.
