Summary
Stories have been told of Leviathan, the Lost Eikon. It was curious how, in a time known as the War of the Eikons, there was one Eikon that was mysteriously absent from the conflict. Some believed that Leviathan abandoned the world, believing that it had grown too poisoned with the sins of man. Others posited that she was dead, her bloodline of Dominants wiped from the face of the earth.
They were both wrong.
Leviathan was not gone. Or dead. Merely... waiting.
Ahma Shiomi is from the archipelago off the southern continent. After years of watching her homeland succumb to war and the Blight, she decided to take fate into her own hands and set sail for Valisthea. If only she knew that with this one decision, she would change the course of history forever. For in her blood sleeps a power that will shake Valisthea to its core.
And thus did our journey begin...
(Note: This story was written before The Rising Tide DLC was revealed. This is my own original take on Leviathan).

“I can no longer imagine my life without you,” she whispered. “I can hardly remember what it was like before… you.”
His hand found hers, curling his fingers around her smaller ones, the cool press of the ring he had given her earlier nestled between them. "Nor I you. Without you… I do not know how I could have ever truly smiled again.”

Joshua Rosfield knew that trapping a god in a crystalline prison for 5 years wasn't going to be easy. Even if the spell came with instructions, he underestimated the toll that it would take on him, miscalculated the strain it would put on him to spare such horrors from his faithful attendant and his love, Jote.

Summary
Valisthea is dying.
While kings and countries vie for dwindling resources, the Bearers who make up a small portion of the population live and die by the whims of their owners. Clive, a Bearer slave born in Rosaria, couldn’t care less about the political machinations happening around him: the fall of his home country, the political alliances of Dominants, or the wars between nations. He cares about one thing – the freedom network known as the Road which aims to save as many Bearers as possible.
Unfortunately, it’s never that simple.
Or, Clive is born a Bearer. This changes some things and doesn’t change others.
Afterall, Ultima is still out there waiting on their Mythos.
