Summary
The first chapter of a fic where Andy Wyatt is the chair of the DCCC (pronounced D-triple-C.) She made a special committee focused on candidates who are women and recruited Amy Gardner to run it.
I envision Andy having a similar role to the President in the first few episodes where she appears briefly but overshadows the narrative as her staff works to do her bidding.

Summary
He liked Mandy. So therefore, he wasn’t broken like he thought.
He ignored the way his heart seized every time it was just the two of them and she would smile at him with that lop-sided grin and pull him even closer. He ignored the way that every time he was in a room with all of the leading campaign staff, it wasn’t Mandy he wanted to be next to and talk to quietly, it was Sam.He ignored the way he could spend hours alone, close, talking about nothing of importance or even just existing in silence, with Sam, but couldn’t stand to do it with Mandy.
None of it meant anything. It couldn’t mean anything, he couldn’t let it mean anything. He was in politics, he was one of the leading members of a presidential campaign for a candidate that might actually be good. It couldn’t mean anything.
-----
Josh is heavily suppressing his own sexuality. He has a bit of an existential crisis about it and deals with it in an even more repressive way.

Summary
Josh Lyman. Sam had known when he left for New York nearly eight years ago that all it would take was three words, three measly words, from him—the real thing—for him to abandon everything. The promise they’d made the night Sam had told him about the job offer, hidden in the back corner of some DC bar with the letters worn off the sign outside with beer bottles sweating their labels off in the late summer heat, clung to the back of his mind every time his thoughts so much as drifted off his work.

The story of the First Bartlet Campaign, from when Sam and Josh join to the election, with the added slowburn of Samjosh and a great deal of pining, as well as all the found family one can hope for with these disasters.Series

Summary
The 1998 Presidential campaign was how CJ and Danny met. Danny's main mission was not to cover the future President of the United States. It was to convince her that she should get one drink with him because there was no way some no name nerdy governor from the 5th smallest State in the country was going to win the Democratic nomination from a Senator who was the most popular Democratic in 2 decades from the great state of Texas. So why can't he date the Governor's press secretary?
