"I'm not doing anything, James. You...On another hand, you are about to make a choice." The orange light cascades, shifting, growing smaller. In front of him the sould stone turns into Steve. "Let's play a game, now shall we." He put both of his hands in front of Bucky, picking a blue piece of marble for one hand and a red for the other- "In one hand I can send you'll back right now, but all your memories, Buck, they are gonna stay here. All of them." Then he put it down, closing his fit around it, to pitch the red one between the finger of his left hand "In the other one you stay, for a while, not forever of course, and then...Then when the time it's right, you get to keep it, Buck. The old, the new and...Well, probably him too."
The last piece of information he said while gesturing with his head to something in front of them, Bucky pushed his head to the ground, to catch a glimpse at Sam.
"Choose, Barnes."
He reached for Steve's left hand.After the blip there's only one person who can remember their time spent inside the soul stone; Bucky Barnes. They come up with a plan to resurface these memories but for that to happen Sam has to agree to take a trip into Barne’s incredibly unreliable mind.

Sam could see him.
Scruffy, mismatched hoodies and all.
He could see the man who shaped the 20th century with his assassinations, the war hero turned cyborg, the man on the run himself, Bucky Barnes.
Peeking out from behind a corner like a child playing hide and seek. Snickering to himself like he just pulled off the greatest heist ever known to man.
And Sam didn’t know what to think of that at first.
Sam thought this would be like all the rendezvous he’d had with the infamous Winter Soldier this past year. He thought it’d be them meeting silently in a public place. Wandering into a crowd as they whispered about their week, their month; talked about Sam’s insecurities and fears; taped together whatever spotty memory Bucky had. Sam thought it’d be sitting down at a café reading books together or feeding pigeons in Central Park.
Yet here he was, unsure as to whether he should acknowledge Bucky as Misty Knight of all people appeared before Sam, waving like she had been waiting for Sam all this time.

Sarah Wilson is the beautiful, world renown dancer, with a killer body, and eyes that suck Steve Rogers in and wont let go. Her best friend Rumi is the street smart, potty-mouthed stripper who immediately takes to helping James Barnes become human again.
And Sam? He's at a crossroads where his sister is no longer a baby, and won't stop flirting with Steve, even though she has a boyfriend. He has to come to terms with the life she's made without him and help her fight for their home of Harlem against the newest tyrant. Luke Cage who seems obsessed with Sarah.
