They were lucky Adler left actual, precise gps coordinates for this location, otherwise it'd be one hell of a bitch to find. In comparison, finding Sev and Felix had been a walk in the park. Here were Marshall, Sev, and Case, completely lost in the middle of a forest somewhere in Kentucky, having abandoned their pick up miles away from lack of any drivable way, and trekking their way to destination sluggishly. Whatever Adler had hidden there, it must be very precious to him.
There had better be actionable proof Livingstone was betraying them or something equally helpful waiting for them at destination. Hell, Case would take a base full of Pantheon if he could, anything better than this slow wet uncomfortable hike.
Or, shortly after recruiting Sev and Felix, the gang follows one last clue Adler left, leading them to none other than a very alive - and pissed - Bell.

Summary
Adler was mad at Bell. He might not have yet said so but they could tell. In all the rush and violence that had happened in Berlin, Bell had frozen when they had confronted Volkov. Something had short circuited in them, and they hadn't been able to pull the trigger. Park and Adler had rounded the corner before Bell could shake themself out of it. Adler had explicitly told them to kill him. Park may have been pleased, but Bell wasn't Park's protégé were they? Bell was Adler's, and in more ways than one.
Adler needs to punish Bell for fucking up and not following orders. They're glad that he does.
