Now that two people act as the Authority’s ‘Triggers’, and the other two act as the ‘Victims’, how will they manage to save the people of Lugunica, while at the same time, saving themselves?

    TL;DR: Yui and Kyouko trigger Return by Death, but only Akari and Chinatsu remember previous loops.

    No prior knowledge of either show is needed to follow the story, so even if you only know about Re:Zero or only know about YuruYuri, the story should be just as enjoyable.
