Summary
Similarities. Faults. Cycles. Again, again, again.
She thinks about bullet ridden flannels and pregnant women and blood pumped into veins. She thinks about sharing something in return, a truth for a truth. She thinks about cycles and faults and cowardice.
“Do you ever think, about what happens, after?”
Or, El, Will, and a conversation before the end.
(Takes place loosely after Will's coming out scene if they had more than the canonical 15 minutes to talk. Obligatory first fic, no idea how to do tags or summaries)

Summary
Scott’s not really surprised to spot Ilya Rozanov backstage, getting lightly swarmed by a crowd of sound techs and hair and makeup crew. Even on the rare year that neither of them were getting any awards, the League always tried to get either him or Hollander, and preferably both, presenting something. And since Hollander was still out for the count and recovering up in Ottawa, that left Rozanov, standing awkwardly while a harried-looking woman straightened his bow-tie.
Or: Scott Hunter's not really sure what's happening right now.

Summary
“There’s going to be a moment when I’m going to need to say the exact right thing to him.” The boy’s eyes are wide, every word punctuated. “I just— I just know it.”
He pauses, eyes downturned into a frown again, lips pursed as he shakes his head. This time, Jonathan waits as Mike catches his breath a little, moving backwards to lean against the truck.
“His painting—“ Mike starts again, and Jonathan sucks in a silent breath. “—he said I was the heart. He said it, so I— I have to be, but I… don’t even know what it means.” The younger boy’s hand grasps at his vest, over his chest. His voice is quiet, now, with a fragility Jonathan hardly ever knew. “I need to know, when I speak to him… if I’m the party’s heart, or his.”
And when Mike finally looks at Jonathan, it strikes him—the sheer vulnerability in Mike’s eyes, the well of emotion behind them which had long ago been replaced in Jonathan’s mental image of him by a shell of sulky indifference. It’s like seeing another boy entirely, and then—

Summary
Will has to wonder what Mike reminisces on. If he even reminisces on D&D at all. Would he think of the party clambering around a puny table in his musty basement, or Hawkins High with a dead man?
As he, Mike, and Holly bike past friendly gunmen, Will tries to project the photo from Eddie Munson’s obituary onto the back of Mike’s mop of hair. He’s late to French.
Or, Will loses himself in his head, snoops around, and gets nowhere, ft. whatever Mike Wheeler has been up to.
