Summary
“Turn it back on!!” They shrieked, hands instantly brought up to their head, allowing the weight of pulled hair ground them. Four pulled harder, and harder, and-
“Okay, okay- I got it!” Warriors hurriedly flicked the switch back up, finding that his heart had been racing from the other’s voice. It was a rare occasion for Four to speak more than but a few spared sentences, and hearing the boy scream like that was a sound he’ll never forget.
A sound of pure terror.
OR
Warriors finds out that Four is scared of the dark.

Summary
And if that wasn’t as bad enough, then the fact that nobody had cared enough to help Wild was even more troubling.
Nobody had ever tried to help him. Nobody had ever defended him, or pulled Wild to the side and asked how he was really feeling.
No. None of that. Wild knew that the others didn’t care about him, they never did. Instead, they just laughed at him. They laughed at how he was unable to fend off for himself, and never fought back, never said anything; Maybe they were right, maybe he was pathetic.
OR
Wild doesn't really like how the others are treating him.

Summary
Warriors groaned, feeling something shake his arm. It started off as slight, as though gentle caresses to his sleeve, though it soon shifted to much more purposeful rocks, jostling the man in hopes to shake him out of the trance that was his sleep.
“Hey, Wars. Wars, wake up. Hey-” He heard ever so distantly, as though a call from beneath the water’s surface, or when he would hear something from afar, dismissing it as his mind playing such games on him.
OR
Wind has a nightmare. Warriors helps him through it.

Summary
It was either he ran away from it now, or pushed his stay, and had to eventually deal with the deep cut from Time kicking him out. He couldn’t handle that. Twilight couldn’t ever want to face such a fact from anyone but himself, let alone his own father.
The name stung, rolling off his tongue as though it was an expletive. As though he wasn’t ever allowed to refer to Time that way.
Twilight still thinks of the first time he accidentally called Time as his father. As the young and timid child he once was, one that was easily able to be scooped up away from trouble, and into the safety of Time’s arms. He’ll never forget how long the man cried, trembling and shaking as he turned his back to Twilight, not wanting the boy to see just how overcome he was with joy.
Twilight remembered padding over to Time, tugging on his shirt with a small fist, asking if he wanted a hug.
What happened to the sweet child you once were? Twilight stared at himself through the mirror, beyond the glass barrier and into the soul of the reflection. What have you done to him?
OR
Twilight wants to leave. He wants to outrun the pain... Does he?

Summary
Time was there for them. He always was. Long ago, he had stepped in willingly as their parental figure, and ever since then, he had promised his boys that they were always allowed to be comforted, valued, and happy. And no matter how much of a struggle it was to convince them to love, Time won't ever give up. Not on himself, not on his boys.
