Summary
Amber should have known that sticking by Five's side would mean time travel would be their constant companion. She has found herself in 1963 Dallas, Texas with Five and another doomsday. Nuclear holocaust, this time. She and Five have to round up his siblings, who have been scattered across the timeline to fix a mistake that, of course, they had made.
There's a new band of Swedish killers out for their heads, as well as the Commission. But it all balances out with new friends who are keen to help them right their wrongs.
Surely, after they fix this, it'll be the end of their ceaseless escape from the apocalypse.

Summary
Amber ends up in the apocalypse and she has her power-fearing parents to thank. All her life she’s been locked in her room, never leaving once, which saved her from dying with the rest of the world.
Though, not in the way you’d expect.
The Commission tried to terminate her but by a pure stroke of luck, Amber fought them off and finally escaped her cell for the first time in 17 years only to end up 13 years in the future and sees the world around her in ruins. She thinks she’s the only one left alive until she realises, she’s not.
This will just be mostly quoting the show with a few moments added in my moi. Credits go to the creators of the Netflix show “The Umbrella Academy”.

“Yeah, Poms, I can tell you don’t think very much,” he agrees dryly, even when his own body screams to just give it a break, to accept a gentle touch for once in his life. He rolls over, facing the polaroids fixed to the wall. He glares at Ribbit’s smug smile until he can see their face when he closes his eyes. “Get out.”

What starts with bugs in a pillowcase and a few sarcastic jabs spirals into late-night confessions, "deadly" adventures, and a closeness neither of them expected. Jax isn’t used to caring. Pomni isn’t used to being heard.
Now they’re stuck with each other - and maybe that’s not such a bad thing.

Summary
Pomni hit the ground hard enough to knock the wind out of her. She gasped for air, coughing a few times, the cold of the ground helping to orient her. There were spots in her vision and she winced at the sharp throb in her skull.
Finally, her lungs filled with air and her eyes were able to open and she saw…what the hell was she looking at? Pomni was on the ground, on her back, and in front of her was some kind of…pod? Chamber? The front door had unlatched and was currently wide open, the clamps that had previously kept her secured in place open and empty, a headset melded to the headrest. A headset that was distinctly empty…because her head was attached to her body…on the ground— holy shit is she real?!
