On the Valentines Day Hajime turned 17, like most people, Hajime was assigned a soulmate. Hajime had searched for him, but in the process, Hajime had fallen in love with Nagito Komaeda instead. When Hajime learned Nagito was his soulmate, he wasn't sure what to think, scared Nagito wouldn't ever want to be with him. But when Hajime confessed and Nagito told him he felt the same way, Hajime couldn't be happier.
Nagito Komaeda was convinced he was too awful to have a soulmate, but now he has Hajime, the boy he loves more than anything, saying he loves him too. He's more happy than he ever thought he'd be allowed, but the idea terrifies him and he can't help but worry he'll do it wrong and Hajime is going to change his mind. He's sure it'll end in despair, because this wonderful hope isn't made for someone like him. What he didn't account for is that Hajime loves him endlessly, and now that he's found him, he doesn't ever plan to go anywhere.
Alternately: The hit sequel to Can You See My Heart In My Memories? is finally here!! Hajime and Nagito are together now and they couldn't be happier, but that doesn't mean there isn't a lot more to come. The hope for the future is bright, but who knows what might happen?
