Summary
“May I have your attention please!” She said theatrically, with an undeniable cynical tone to her voice that made Denki slightly concerned as to what was to come.
Almost everyone looked at her, although Midoriya didn’t look up from his Quirk Analysis notebook, and Bakugou didn’t pause for a second in his game of MarioKart against Kirishima.
Denki assumed it would be a joking threat, or maybe even a slightly-more-serious one if someone had annoyed her recently, but no one was prepared for what Kyoka said next.

In Bernards defence, this was the only way he could think of to get Tim to admit he's Robin. The fact he started a conspiracy channel was mostly a sidenote.
Or: Bernard doesn't like lying to Tim, so he needs Tim to admit he's Robin. Clearly, the only logical solution is to annoy Tim via conspiracy theories. Connor gets caught in the crossfire, sort of.

Sometimes Tim couldn’t tell whether or not Bernard actually believed the conspiracy theories that he often liked to talk about. Sure, he had toned it down from back when they were in high school, but that didn’t mean they were any less insane—in fact, most of them seemed to be even more unhinged than they used to be, almost as if he was purposely saying the most out of pocket theories he could think of.
