    Summary

Jimin’s life is painfully ordinary. Missed lectures, too much coffee, and a childhood friend with no brain-to-mouth filter.

One day, Jeongguk appears in his life. And ordinary morphs into terrifying and unknown.

    Jeongguk only needs his help.
Jimin just has to survive long enough to give it.

“You do realize that we are supposed to keep him—” Seokjin’s long finger points to a smiling Jeongguk. “Away from Jimin? Like that’s the goal?”

“Seokjin, right? Can I call you Jin?” Jeongguk smiles slyly as Seokjin’s flushed face darkens.

    “No.” Seokjin spits out.

“Okay, Jin. Listen. Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, will keep me away from the one thing that could potentially help me.”

Jeon Jungkook is more than a man, but less than a god, an evil that drenches everything he touches in a veil of inevitable death.

Park Jimin is an unfortunate high school student who has an angel with black wings crash through his bedroom window.

    Summary

When he accepted the job to help a Texan rodeo with marketing, Park Jimin didn't plan to catch the eye of a good-looking, smooth-talking, bull-riding cowboy.

He didn't expect to like Jeon Jeongguk so much, either.

    Summary

In a kingdom where duty binds hearts tighter than vows, Crown Prince Jimin is raised to rule—but not to choose. Torn between royal expectations and the quiet yearning in his chest, he finds himself caught in a court of whispered alliances, and a bodyguard sworn to protect him, yet every glance burns with something forbidden.
And Jimin burns along the way.

The Enigma remains still, unwavering, violet fading into black as his pupils swell, his gaze sharpening with a quiet, barely restrained intensity.

“You look ravishing, little prince,” he says.

The words strike like heat across Jimin’s skin. His breath catches, an involuntary stutter slipping through his chest.

Were anyone to overhear such insolence, such daring, spoken so brazenly to the crown prince, Jungkook would be punished without mercy.

But Jungkook only steps closer, a hand pressing lightly against the small of Jimin’s back, guiding him forward when he fails to move.

His breath ghosts against Jimin’s nape.

“Let’s find you your mate,” Jungkook whispers, voice dark with something dangerous, “My Prince”.

"Oh, I'm sure. Have you got a vacation planned?"

It's a little funny that they're not really talking about football, but Jamie can't even complain— he's been living and breathing absolutely nothing but football for months now, going straight from the end of the season into preparation for the tournament. It's refreshing, like, to talk about literally anything else.

"Yeah, yeah. I've got a lovely villa on a beach booked for my husband and I, right." He pushes a hand through his sweaty hair, shoving it out of his face. "We're headed there tomorrow, straight from here, and I can't wait."

He doesn't even realize what he's said until he sees the interviewer's shocked face, and the curious glances from everyone who's been listening in nearby.

    "I'm sorry. Your... husband?"

or, it’s 2030, and even winning the world cup can’t stop jamie tartt from saying the wrong thing in interviews.
