Summary
Tim Drake is a solitary creature, whether by necessity or by natural predisposition. But he’s good at being alone. He’s learned to enjoy his own company, to take solace in his own cognizance. Aided by the brisk air of Gotham’s night air and a thrilling sense of independence, Tim learns that some things feel more special when you get to keep them for yourself. Unaccompanied walks down the school halls and singular movie tickets and dinners-for-one aren’t so bad when he can entertain himself with his own thoughts.
Tim has become so good at being alone, he can almost pretend he isn’t desperate for the unconditional love and companionship that a soulmate would guarantee.
It would be nice, Tim thinks, to have someone in his life who actually wants him. Someone who won’t leave every chance they get. Someone who enjoys his presence instead of merely tolerating it. Someone for whom he isn’t an obligation.
Still his wrist remains blank.
Until it doesn't.

This meeting was made to talk about Superman's clone- which makes him jealous, he wishes he had a clone buddy too -and he doesn't know why everybody is so stumped.
He guesses as an adult among other adults, he obviously has to voice his own thoughts as well.
(Which, again, he thought was kinda obvious but adults were weird like that he guesses)

“The fuck are you doing here, replacement?“, Jason hisses with so much venom in his voice, Tim can’t help but pull away. His knees hurt like absolute shit and his feet are sore from the heels.
“Recon- probably exactly what you’re doing as well.“ That was the only reason Tim could imagine Jason actually cooperating with Sionis, after all. They famously hated each other.
“What-? Like this?“, Jason gestures up and down Tim’s body. Self-consciously, Tim crosses his arms again. God, he hates having (fake) boobs.
“Yes, like this. It’s not like we’re all crime-lords that can just go talk to these guys!“, Tim hopes his short skirt doesn’t detract from the annoyance in his voice. It’s pretty hard to be intimidating like this, even if it does give him quite the height-boost.
“Well, tough luck baby bird. I’m so gonna tattle to B, it’s fucking dangerous out here“
Tim’s brows furrow. He cocks his head to the side. “Why would you tell B? He’s the one that put me on this.“

Tim froze. Go figure she’d remember his stupid name years down the line. His hands were shaking. Damian had turned to look at Tim, eyes as big as saucer pans.
Yeah, there was no way he could convince them that wasn’t him.
Absently, he rubbed at the make-up concealing his scars. They’d paled further with age, but Tim could tell they were there anyway.
“RR, stay exactly where you are. Robin, use force if needed.“
or: an unfortunate run-in with the Joker leads to Damian asking questions. Questions Tim really wishes he wouldn't ask.

His skin was pale and pallid, his eye-bags somehow worse than last night and there was a bit of lipstick (?) stuck to his cheek. He wiped at it and looked down.
He nearly began heaving again.
Who the hell had left a *used* pregnancy test in his sink?
Picking up the stick at the other end-he cared about hygiene, thank you very much-he held it closer to his face. No, that was definitely what he though it was. What the fuck? Why was there a *positive pregnancy test* in his sink?
For a few terrible seconds, he wondered if he was currently carrying a child. Then he remembered his anatomy and sighed—Worlds Best Detective in the making, everyone.
He held the test in shaky hands as he stumbled back into the living room. His head was still killing him but this took precedent.
"Guys, who the fuck is pregnant in here?"
Spoiler alert; It's Tim, Tim is pregnant and that has quite a few very troubling implications. Curse Kon and his weird, superhuman sperm.

Tim always carried pepper spray with him — always. Living in a city like Gotham, that was practically a given.
It was especially necessary when one was ten years old and currently sneaking around in the shadows of the night.
Something touched his shoulder, and on reflex, Tim pulls the trigger, before he can catch sight of green pixie boots.
Oh no!
“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry Mister Robin, Sir! Are you all right?”
“What the fu- I mean frick, kid?”

It’s almost eerie how much these nights mirror each other. Only this time Tim’s pepper spray is joined by a knife.
But it’s not Robin he attacks this time, it’s a weird guy in a red helmet, and the spray can do nothing against that!
Tim is sure he’s never seen helmet-guy before, so why does he know Tim’s name and insists on helping him out?
Or: Tim goes out at night to take photos of the Bat’s. Twice, he meets Jason. Only once, is it Robin. But Jason’s suddenly two feet taller and wearing a red helmet. Something’s clearly wrong here.

Other identities accumulate, Carolina, Alvin, Jessica, Tommy. He has forgotten about half of them. They all have a life, goals and hobbies, a look and a feel and a smell. They do not interchange. Tim is not Tim when he is Jones or Michelle or Charlie. That’s what he tells himself at least. It is required for the mission.

Tim didn't really know what to answer but suddenly, he had the bone deep knowledge that even if he tried, he could not move. At least not for a while. It was nice here and he felt safe and he wanted to stay precisely where he was. Besides, his home was half an hour away and Bruce had no right to dictate where he went. Not anymore.
“Tt- , Father, I expected more from you." Damian said and Bruce looked taken aback, almost like he hadn't registered the pup next to him. Maybe he hadn't. The man was clearly sleep deprived and despite Damian's protest, he was pretty small for a pup. Maybe malnutrition in early childhood? Tim would have to look into that.
"Whilst I respect your observational skills on the field, I have found they are unexpectedly lacking off of it. You should not need to ask Drake what he is doing when it is blatantly clear"
It is?
"It is?" Bruce echoes.

What many don’t realize when they look at Kon, is that he’s really, really smart. Hell, he’s half Lex Luthor, it was practically a given.
Now, when you take that intellect and mix it with Clark Kent’s uncanny ability to fake an entire personality for hours on end, what do you get? Conner Kent, resident himbo, pleased to meet you.
Except, where Clark fakes his innocent reporter act, Kon fakes a careless jock high-schooler, who’s maybe a tad too rebellious.
Then he meets a Robin, and like recognizes like. They’re one and the same and they work best as a duo (couple, team, whatever)
Tim gets that too, which is probably why he tried to clone Kon 99 times! And Kon? He really, really likes that.
