Or
House and Wilson challenge each other to a bet to who can last the longest fake-dating the other person. Unfortunately, Wilson is troubled by House's undying effort to win any bet he's tried with.
Title is inspired by song lyrics in "Take me out" by Franz Ferdinand. (Epic song btw)

Summary
A twist of the events in the episode titled "Holding on," (S08 EP21), where instead of the bitter fight continuing inside Wilson's car, the two reach a rather sweet end of the argument with three simple words; Words that are heavy on their own, but brought together become a shadow of new beginnings and long-dead ends.
In short, House and Wilson are in the car scene, where Wilson asks House to tell him that he loves him, but things go differently.
