As Vi organized her tools in the rack for the night, Caitlyn called out, “Oh, there’s one more thing I wanted to ask you.”
“Yeah?” Vi looked over her shoulder and saw Caitlyn leaning back near the driver’s side door with a smirk.
“There’s been an issue with the steering wheel shaking. It’s not too bad, but if you don’t mind?” Caitlyn asked, her eyebrows raising ever so slightly. “I know you’re about to close shop; I can come back tomorrow.”
Vi shook her head. “No, it’s not a problem.”
Vi walked over to the car, and Caitlyn didn’t move as she climbed into the driver’s seat.
“Alright, let’s see—”
Vi found herself speechless when Caitlyn’s blazer flew past her into the passenger seat. Caitlyn climbed into the truck and swung her leg over Vi’s, straddling her so they were face-to-face
“Hi,” Caitlyn whispered as she took Vi’s hat and tossed it to the side before wrapping her arms around the mechanic's neck. “I thought I should give you a good tip.”
Well, then.
Vi didn’t complain as Caitlyn leaned forward, sealing their lips together in a kiss.
Best tip ever.

Summary
