Your eyes glow a certain color when you use your Quirk. It's unique, and while colors do look similar, they are yours. Yours, not anyone else's. Your eyes only ever become a singular second color.
But Nomu... Nomu glow in all of them.
Midoriya Izuku, Ninth Holder of One For All, discovers that the unnatural iridescence doesn't only apply to Nomu.

But he's been more homesick than he thought he'd be, too. He's thought so much about everyone at SKIP — about Shu — while he's been light years away. The knowledge that he's protecting them, too, is the only thing that gets him out of bed some mornings. It'll be... it'll be good for him to spend some time here.
