The captain was dying - if not already dead. Yukio ignored the funny sensation that inflicted upon his heart and began contemplating how to reverse the damage to his body.
He did have his previous data. He could revert him. But he would also lose every bit of progress he'd made in his training and Yukio knew that not only would that upset the man, they couldn't afford it. The Stern Ritter were terrifying enough without taking steps backwards.
That meant carefully copying and re-writing every cell from the few healthy cells left to purge the necrosis from his body. It would take time and careful concentration but Yukio was up to the task. Luckily the necrosis had only infected his skin and some muscle tissue.
He could fix this.
