The Joker turned his head and risked a glance further out into the harbor. Right on time, he lamented.
“I wouldn't,” he replied. “If it weren't for one thing.”

When the Joker shoots Dick Grayson, he sets off a chain of events that the Atlanteans have planned to flood the entire planet. Can Bruce stop the oceans before they rise? Or will he give in to his darker side and trigger the war that drowns the earth itself?

"And that's not all," continued Leslie, her voice going a touch hysterical at the end of the sentence. She pulled out a close-up X-ray of part of his body, and pointed to a shape circled with red marker with an exclamation mark stretching over the remainder of the page.
Dick leaned in close. "Oh! Huh. I don't even know that got there. Probably explains why my balance has been off these past few months."
A freshly debuted Superman tracks down rumours of bat-creatures in Gotham, hoping they might be fellow aliens. He doesn't expect to bump into Dick Grayson, or the start of a whirlwind romance. He just wishes he could look at him—every part of him. But Dick will never let him X-ray him.

Summary
The FBI has just aquired the painting Dick broke out of prision to steal and got arrested trying to save (although the FBI didn't know he wasn't actualy in prision the first time round). Now that he's helped them track it down as Neal Caffrey, he is called in to identify it, then it will be boxed up and shipped out that night. Unless Dick steals it first.
Dick is desperate to hide why he wants the painting so badly. Only problem is, someone else is after the painting too.

He's tried for almost thirty years to pretend that he was like everyone else - but at the end of the day, the world would never let him forget that it was just that. He was an alien, an 𝘪𝘵 waving through the window in a poor imitation of what humanity was.
As Superman, he had no qualms about such. In fact, he says that he's actually proud to have come from afar, and he would stand by it actually, just to reach out a hand to offer his help however he could to a species so deserving of peace (the whispers that they thought he couldn't hear, though, left his eyes suspiciously wet).
As Clark? Well, things were a little different.

Dick never thought it was important to mention he was born an Atlantean. His first memories were in a tank at Haley’s circus, and he was so young when he was cursed human that’s he’s spent more time with legs than without. It’s not like he was ever a real mer anyway…
When a routine magical detox after a mission turns out to be stronger than the curse he bears, he wishes he’d told at least someone earlier, he would’ve liked to visit Atlantis under less pressuring circumstances.
OR
Dick is exposed as a merman/atlantean, gets a tour of Atlantis, and has to decide whether he’d like to face the culture and people he was stolen from, or ignore it all and return to his family on land.

Summary
The path to hell is paved with good intentions. Literally. Dick’s going to learn that the hard way.
After a flock of demons attacks Gotham City, Nightwing goes through a portal in an attempt to stop the invasion. He becomes trapped in a hostile world with almost no help and his weapons are useless against his enemies. Desperate to get home, Dick traverses the cruel realm of Tartarus. With the help of unexpected friends, he just might make it.
However, everything is not as it seems to be.
Devastated by his disappearance, his family and friends will do anything to bring him back, but hope dwindles and the clues are few. His family will have to come together and they’ll have to fight new and dangerous enemies in order to bring him back.

Summary
It's only a few months after Bruce takes Dick in that he discovers that he isn't human. A fact that Dick is entirely unaware of. Not knowing why the Graysons never told their son and not wanting to cause his new charge more pain, Bruce decides to keep the secret.
Dick is seventeen when he discovers the truth. His and Bruce's relationship is already in shambles, and Batman doesn't let metas in Gotham. Dick doesn't want to lose a second home and family. So he doesn't tell anyone.
Years pass, and life doesn't stop moving forward and changing. Dick flies in the high moments and crashes hard in the low ones.
Then, just as Dick believes he has settled and gotten a handle on his life again, The Red Hood makes his appearance, and Dick’s life is flipped on its head once again.
