Summary
"How old are you anyway?"
Bruce smirks a little, “Pretty old.”
“How old am I?” Dick rephrases the question. Realistically, given the lines on Bruce's face and the grey in his hair, he has to be more than a decade or two in the future. But, well, Dick's still reeling from being twelve. He can't begin to imagine a world where there's anything past tomorrow.
Bruce's smirk sinks a little, but not quite to a frown. It's a distant smile, fighting through the shadows of whatever it is Bruce sees when he looks down at him. In a quiet, mournful tone, he says, “Not that old. Not old at all.”

Summary
Damian is getting a bit too comfortable with Jon. Jon is very glad because he knows his friend has gone through a lot and wants nothing more than to be a safe space for him
Unfortunately, Jon has "changed" (aka unmasked) as he grew wich has caused Damian's overprotective family to vocally disapprove of him being so close to their little brother
Jon, knowing damn well the things they have put him through, believes this is bullshit. He can't deal with them, he has more important things to focus on
The whole situation is also even more of a headache because everyone thinks he's Damian's boyfriend, for some reason

Summary
“Iʼm back, Damian. This is real. Itʼs me. ”
“No,” Damian snarls, twisting in Clarkʼs grip, “— you arenʼt Jon, you bastard, where is he?” His brothers and sisters shift behind them, uncomfortable at his unusual display of emotion, but he doesnʼt care.
The imposter — laughs. Chortles, really, head tossed back in amusement as he giggles wildly, and it sounds too much like the Joker for anyoneʼs comfort. The Not-Jon manages to get himself under control, flicking away a laughter induced tear, and smiles at him brightly. Damianʼs heart aches in his chest because it looks so much like him, but. This is not his best friend.
His best friend is not seventeen and older than him by two years, his best friend does not have a deep, painful looking scar on his face, and his best friend would never break Batmanʼs back like itʼs uncooked spaghetti.
( It canʼt be. )

Summary
Jon uses his strength to drag him across the floor. Damian’s instincts scream at him to find a weapon or a smoke bomb, to claw or bite or do whatever he can to get away.
He lurches upright, boots scrambling on the tiled floor. Jon laughs, grasps his left arm, and yanks with inhuman strength. Damian feels something pop.

Summary
Babysitting. They'd woken him up to babysit.
He should have stayed in the coffin.
~
Damian scowled, folding his arms. "Where is father? And I'm nothing like you."
"Kid, you're so much like me that Ra's once caught his bodyguards referring to you as 'little red riding hood'." He swallowed another bite before jumping off the counter, dusting his hands off. "And the rest of the clan went to Bludhaven till Saturday. S' just us."
