“Ple-ease,” she sobs, backing away until she's pressed against the stone. He laughs, pushing her into the wall, and she screams as her flesh begins to fuse with rock, melting and hardening, tiny crystals stabbing into her across every inch of her body.
“This is what you deserve,” he says, shoving her into darkness, ripping her body to pieces and scattering her in the earth.

Midoriya Izuku had always been an incredibly anxious kid. It was obvious to everyone in Yuuei, the teachers especially. After villain attacks and more- Yamada Hizashi is happy to see the kid finally calm down and relax in his class.
He falls asleep right on his desk in the middle of English, cocooning in his arms and comfortable.
He lets the kid sleep right through the period and through the next before finally, he goes to wake him up. It takes a while and he asks a few questions and ends up with far more than he bargained for. A sleepy kid isn't the best at keeping secrets. -
