Zoro pressed a trembling hand over his face, trying to choke it back, but his shoulders still shook against his will. The crackling dam behind his eyes burst as warm trails streaked down his cheeks.
“Oh my—Shit.” Sanji scrambled closer. “Zoro. What’s wrong?” Genuine concern laced his voice and cut straight into Zoro’s already torn heart.
“Fuckin—” Zoro’s fist collided with the dirt, the impact jolting up his arm. “Dammit!”
“H–Hey,” Sanji tried, his hands hovering uncertainly over Zoro’s shoulders.

Rhoam married off Zelda to secure a profitable deal with the business tycoon of the “savage sands”. It is no sacrifice: his daughter is weird, loud, and creepy, and he expects her to be returned to him by the fortnight.
Plans go awry because Ganondorf adores his new wife! His doting nature paints Zelda as a weakness and Ganondorf’s enemies employ a shadow-wreathed assassin to dispose of her and undermine the growing power of the west.
Link, the assassin, finds himself as Zelda’s new plaything instead.
