The once world living in harmony had turned into a battle for the fittest. People did anything to live through one more day in that hellhole, fighting, tearing each other apart just for themselves.
Zeryn also wanted to live, but his kindness wasn’t a good attribute in this new world.
He’d be taken advantage of, beat up, and robbed, but nothing really stopped him from trying to change people.

you’ve been a writer for a few years, you’ve always had an interest in learning new things; then spending months writing about it.
unfortunately, you suffer from severe depression. writing has actually become a coping mechanism for you though, so whenever the thoughts get absolutely unbearable, you can always pull out your laptop and type away. one day while you’re doing exactly that, you search up different ways of how to kill someone easily. mainly so it doesn’t look like you want to kill yourself, (you don’t exactly factor in that you could appear homicidal) when you suddenly get a pop up on your screen to a server. you’re still unsure what made you accept the invite, virus or not, still incredibly sketchy.
you discover it’s a server full of genuine, flesh stabbing, serial killers. after a while of getting to know them, you start to realize they actually aren’t so cruel, one in particular, you find quite nice to be around. ronin, or goreboy, has been quite comforting to you, despite never sharing your problems with him, he’s always seemed to know what to say.
