Harry Potter was many things. He was a powerful wizard, the master of death, a powerful Auror, a problem-solver....sort of😅, and above all he was someone who craved family. He wanted a family that would love him for him and above all would not be FAKE! He had a good life...mostly after all that trash with Voldemort and the war but still he craved a new life where he could be loved and do what he wanted.
He though the whole master of death thing was just a fancy title....yeah it wasn't😬🫣.It just didn't mean what he thought it did which was apparently reincarnation after a long as hell Wizarding life and being reborn into an immortal species! Not only that, he just so happened to be reborn as a character from a book he read as a kid that was on their way to being hated and tortured AGAIN.
Yeah no.
Harry Potter now Maeglin Lomion was not about to deal with a prissy princess, naive cowards, royal drama, psycho Demigods, crazy relatives, bigoted relatives, and FATE!
He's gonna lead his own life this time and no ones gonna stop him!

The mission was an undercover op in America and they had been caught, but not by the enemy rather by the police who were none the wiser to their mission. Their explanation (IT'S NOT AN EXCUSE DAMN IT) is written off on account of the dead bodies that surround them, and Ghost was still distinctly holding one of his bloody knives. Soap didn't make any more of a convincing case with his shirt still smoking from an explosion he caused.

John is dead, but he's back home, alone in a strange sort of afterlife. It's comfortable, peaceful, and he quickly realizes that he can slip his way back into Simon's reality, unnoticed and silent. He visits his Lieutenant from the other side as time starts to pass, and his best friend mourns his death. There's nothing he can do but watch, even as he realizes that maybe his feelings were deeper than he'd thought.
