Summary
With help from Caine, Pomni and the others have escaped from The Amazing Digital Circus back into the human world. But after waking up alone at the computer she was trapped in, Pomni realizes her other friends have also probably found themselves alone. Will she move on from her memories of this strange purgatory, or does she find some way to rekindle bonds she may be unwilling to let go of?
This is basically just the "how do they find each other after they escape" fic, written before they actually manage anything of the sort in canon, with far too much optimism and not nearly enough implications.

Raph’s always been the strongest - until he wasn’t. For nearly a year, he’s been hiding strange pain, bone-deep fatigue, and unexplained weakness, chalking it up to stress, patrols, or just getting soft. When Leo finally returns and the team begins to rebuild, everything crashes. Hard.

They'd just wrapped up a sting when the Bats saw a strange blue light coming from one of the Joker's old hideouts. Even if Joker was locked away in Arkham, Batman had decided to check it out.
They expected a shady rogue inventor testing a new weapon, or something as mundane as an old neon sign finally giving out.
Batman had seen a lot, but even he didn't expect what they found in there.

One moment he was helping Leo test out his portals, the next he was in a decaying building in a city that was NOT New York.
He didn't know where he was, but there were two things he DID know: he needed to get home as fast as possible, and that he'd been kidnapped by a bunch of people in capes.
He especially hoped the guy in the black cape and cowl wasn't as dangerous as he looked...
