Summary
The worst six months of Vox’s afterlife begin the morning after the extermination. Alastor, the Radio Demon, has blown back into town after a seven year absence and decides to crash at his place as though they’re still friends. But Vox’s bigger issue follows on Al’s coattails: after Charlie Morningstar visits the Heaven Embassy, his deadline to meet Adam’s extortionate ransom- to save himself and V Tower from extermination- is cut in half. Vox vows that Charlie and her little Happy Hotel will rue the day she crossed the Vees (and their uninvited guest-star).
This is a comedy-driven, parodical retelling of the events of the canon first season with all things the same except if Alastor had joined the Vees instead of the Happy Hotel ^w^ I’m not a lyricist but I did my best to rework the songs! Strong StaticRadio slant! Present tense!

Lucifer Morningstar is a just a tired thirty eight year old, on the brink of his sixth panic attack this week. Trying to ignore the fact that he's almost forty, still living in a shitty two bedroom apartment with his two friends and the fact that he hasn't had a date in what feels like forever. Lucifer tries to live a somewhat stable life.
Then he gets laid off from work. And just when Lucifer thinks life can't get any worse. He gets hit by a car. But when he wakes up in his bed somehow completely okay. So Lucifer doesn't question it and tries to carry on with life.
He'll just ignore the strange symbol with Deer antlers on his wrist for now.

“Holy shit, we’re so fucking dead. Oh god, oh god, oh go—” Angel’s pacing around them, his hands tugging at his hair, and his high heels kicking at the dirt. The makeup he’d spent hours perfecting was now smeared down his cheeks as tears mixed with sweat.
Charlie’s panting, her usually flushed cheeks now coated with blood, as are her hands and red dress. Vaggie is at her side, their hands tightly grasped together as they stare at the bloody body with wide, panicked eyes.
Alastor feels Niffty clinging to his side, her smaller hands tightly bunching his vest and shirt. His own bloody hands are shaking, and his knuckles are split. He can’t see Husker, but he can hear the older boy’s shallow, panicked breathing from behind.
"Guys, what the hell do we do?”
