And then he collapsed into Shiro’s arms as the man let out a yelp of shock. Hurryingly setting the boy down onto the ground on his back, he brushed his hand over fever hot skin that was drier than it should have been. Getting a good idea of what was happening, he shouted for the others. Keith didn’t have much time.
“PRINCESS! CORAN! SOMEBODY!” He screamed he stared down at his best friend who looked really sick, “Come on, buddy. Keith, you’re going to be okay. Stay with me. ALLURA!”

Summary
Kyle gets the flu, which has a chain reaction of giving him high blood sugar readings and then the high blood sugars keep rising and he eventually gets Diabetic Ketoacidosis, plus it doesn't help that he's also dehydrated and didn't let his parents know about him feeling unwell. So dehydration, high blood sugars, diabetic ketoacidosis, and the flu all kick Kyle's ass to the ground. But he has a good friend, Stan watching over him and he gets taken to the hospital. He comes out okay in the end. Don't worry! :)
