Link bristles. The castle? The one in the scarf is saying something about an audience with the princess, but Link’s not about to let this slide. The knights are in no state to be protecting her right now, and Link’s not half bad with a sword himself.
If there’s anyone who’s gonna stop them, it’s me!Without thinking past that he leaps out of his hiding place, squarely blocking their path and leveling his blade.

The instant he hears the sound coming from Link’s mouth, Revali’s attention moves back to the console again. The wind rushes by the latticework frame of Vah Medoh, filling the silence. “It wouldn’t translate,” he says after a too-long pause. There are no whistles now. “Not in a way you’d understand, anyway, O hero. You’re much too busy being that sword’s packmule.”

“You’re what, thirty five? Don’t be sappy, you one-armed fuck.” Levi feels a smile tingling at his lips like the onset of a thunderstorm. “But yes. Yes, Erwin.”
Their bones tell them that it is finally all right to live.
Inspired by that interview - Levi and Erwin have started a new life after the Titans are exterminated, with a tea shop, and a daughter, and the strange sweetness of happiness and some salt left over from old tears.
