Just doing some one shots. As the title suggests, this is mainly for fun, and also because I want to work on my writing style. My own characters, plot and all that.

"Like you could stop me."
He had never fathomed he'd like her this much.
But without saying it he mirrored her own resolution.
Not about himself, people talked shit about him all the time.
And would continue to talk shit about him, he was a Munson after all.
But no, about her.
He'd definitely fight a guy for talking shit about her. Be that verbally or otherwise.
But he was the older one.
He couldn't just say, 'same.' and high five her.

Summary
The war is over. Henry is a memory, and Hawkins is rebuilding over the cracks of the Earth. But for Max, the silence is the loudest thing in the room.
Eleven is gone—vanished into the fray of the final battle—and the Party is left with a hole that no amount of time can fill. While the others look for answers, Max is just trying to look at the sun without seeing red. Supported by Lucas, who has become her steady hand and her quiet North Star, she begins the 18-month crawl toward graduation. It’s a journey of relearning how to walk, how to breathe, and how to love a life that feels like it was stolen.
Just as they finally learn to let go—just as the grief starts to feel like a scar instead of an open wound—the universe decides to speak back. Because in Hawkins, "gone" doesn't always mean "forever."

Summary
If there is one thing Max Mayfield knows how to do, it is to run. Whether it’s running from her feelings or an interdimensional asshole who won’t leave her alone, she always was on the run. But when she gets back, she can’t help but run toward the person she spent so long trying to push away. The person who never seemed to let her go no matter how hard she tried.
Or the world needs more Lucas and Max centered fics. I needed more, so here we are. Meant to be snippets to add more perspective to Volume 2. Mainly I needed to see Max finally let go and share everything she had been bottling up and for Lucas to stay steady at her side.

Summary
For most of his life, Lucas Sinclair has been unable to understand his sister.
Erica was too young, too annoying, too loud, too… everything, with a penchant for getting into his stuff. Their relationship was never anything like Will and Jonathan’s or Mike and Nancy’s, and Lucas always assumed it was because he and Erica spoke different languages. But after the Battle of Starcourt leaves them both singed, Lucas finds that maybe they’re more alike than he initially thought.
