    Summary

Sirius rides a flying motorbike, and snogs strangers in pubs, and strikes moody poses Remus finds irritatingly attractive. But for Remus, who drinks milky tea and wears flannel pyjamas, there's a chasm cracked right down the fault line between wanting and doing.

How he wants, though. How he wants.

    Summary

"In the summer Jesper turned eight, their farm had a locust problem.
One day, he was playing in the fields, watching a single grasshopper fly by, and the next their crops were almost gone.
He hadn’t recognized the grasshopper for what it was back then; a harbinger. The rest of the swarm was already bound to arrive, and there had been nothing they could do besides stand by and watch.

Meeting Wylan has a surprisingly similar effect."

Jesper and Wylan’s relationship, reimagined through a sequence of beginnings

    Summary

“So what’s he like? Full of it? Arrogant?”

“Yes,” he says, because he thinks that is a fair assessment. Sirius Black is full of it. He is arrogant. He’s also entitled and needy and smug. He’s talented, reckless, moody, selfish, childish, charming and sweet, and a million different other things Remus is trying to wrap his head around.

    Sirius Black is hard work.

Remus Lupin is a successful documentary filmmaker who is assigned to make a fly-on-the-wall documentary featuring Sirius Black - one of the world's most brilliant footballers - as he competes in the European Championship.

    All does not go smoothly.

    --

Fair warning: Remus knows nothing about football and neither do I. Also, this is about football in the global sense. I can't call it soccer. I just can't.

This will not be hugely explicit, but it will be mature. I am an adult. If you are not, or you feel uncomfortable with adult themes, please steer clear.

I read and love all comments but seem to struggle to reply to them in an acceptable timeframe. Sorry about that.

    Summary

When Sirius accompanied his best friend to Frystmark for the annual council, he expected to be very bored and very cold while his royal friends did...whatever it was they did for their yearly meetings. That expectation was utterly destroyed within a few days of arriving, when three things occurred entirely out of his control:

    1. He met Remus, the exceptional (and exceptionally freckled) prince of Frystmark

    2. He learned to ice skate on a frozen lake

    3. The city was attacked, sending him and his six new friends on a wild chase across the continent with assassins on their tail and a quest for a magic dagger dangling ahead, all because the terrible honor of killing an unkillable king fell into their laps. It's just saving the world, after all. No pressure.

(Medieval AU where James, Marlene, Dorcas, and Remus are royalty, Sirius and Peter are hanging on for dear life, and Lily wishes she never left the forest)

    Summary

“Yeah, I’m fine. What are you doing this summer?”

“You already asked me that,” Lily said.

“Oh.” Remus forced himself to take a bite from his toast. He then realised he didn’t have any toast.

“You- You seemed pretty lost there, Remus.”

He stared at his plate. It was porcelain china, with red and gold swirling into the center. Gryffindor pride! “Sorry.”

“Don’t say sorry,” she huffed. “I think…” She leaned into him, to whisper. “I think you need a best friend right about now.”

Or, Remus and Lily become best friends after their previous best friends betray them; James, Sirius, and Peter attempt to throw the party of the century; and everything goes wrong before it goes right.
