Especially the protocols he is sure Zelda will be expecting. He had ensured that the leaders and chiefs of the nation understood him, remaining quiet yet cordial. Mostly defaulting to writing or Zora hand speak. At this point very few citizens of Hyrule knew of his voice, seldom used most days.
Story begins just after BOTW and carries onto after TOTK.
