His hair is just one big brown rat’s nest or mop, sticking up every which way like a mad scientist, and he mumbles to himself while he writes, his lower lip jutted out while he nibbles on it. Oh, Wade’s dying, sure, but suddenly he’s reminded that he’s definitely not dead yet.
“Helllllo, nurse,” Wade says right away. He wiggles his knuckle stumps in a wave.

Summary
Spidey hadn’t made it to patrol since getting that text message. As much as Wade valued their time together, he could understand that sometimes, too much Deadpool left a really bad aftertaste in one’s mouth. It had been a perfectly reasonable assumption that the webslinger was doing his own thing on the opposite side of the city, and he’d come crawling back to Wade when he needed a good laugh or a midnight meal, or both.
Wade should have questioned that logic. Three days wasn’t a long time to take a break from someone like Deadpool, but it was a long time to be missing.
There was a small, folded-up square of paper alongside the costume. Wade felt like he was cracking open a fortune cookie, only instead of some vague shit that applied to everyone and no one at the same time, it was two words scribbled in thick sharpie.
‘FIND ME’.

Peter flushes hot. "That about sums it up, yeah."
Deadpool's mask does something complicated. "And this is a problem how?"
"Well, it's not like I can do anything in public," Peter points out, hunching his shoulders in embarrassment. "And it's not really sustainable to, uh, do it that much. As I've learned."
Deadpool hums and looks out over the city. "I... may have some ideas."

Thanks to his powers going haywire, Peter can't focus unless he's getting off. Wade volunteers as tribute.

Ever since the field trip that hijacked everything from Peter's genetic profile to his daemon's shape, he's had to hide his entirely-too-recognizable daemon from the world. He doesn't expect to come across a man with an embarrassment of daemons, or maybe...no daemon at all. Is Deadpool as delusional as everyone thinks?
