Summary
“There has to be something,” Trent muttered, furiously scrolling through his feed. Each suggestion he found was debunked by the next post, with many parents swearing up and down that certain techniques made the whole thing worse. Trent stopped on a video of a mother taking scissors to her daughter’s curls and bit down on an actual sob building in the back of his throat.
It was right before Trent let it fly that his mobile rang.
Coach Ted Lasso (from America).
Trent couldn’t say what possessed him to answer with his throat thick and his eyes prickling, but his traitorous hand had already swiped while his mouth said, “I have to shave my head.”
Or: 5 times Ted got to touch Trent's hair and one time he returned the favor.

Summary
“Coach Lasso!” He calls, springing to his feet. But, as he approaches Lasso, it becomes abundantly clear that something is wrong. He instantly gives up on the quote. “Are you okay?” He asks instead.
“Trent Crimm.” Lasso responds with possibly the fakest smile Trent has ever seen. Trent waits for him to follow it up, but he doesn’t say anything else.
“The Independent.” Trent finishes for him, his concern growing. “Are you okay?” He asks again.
Lasso looks down. “I’m afraid I don’t have a comment for readers today, Trent.”
Trent follows his gaze and settles on the open notebook in his hand. “Fuck. No.” He puts the notebook away. “Off the record, Ted.”
In which Trent keeps showing up instead of Sassy whenever Ted has a panic attack.

“I don’t understand,” he says, and his arms are wrapped around himself now, as if he is cold. They are in Hebra, yes, but he can’t help but feel as if the cold has nothing to do with how he is beginning to shiver.
“What do you mean you don’t understand?” Revali demands, turning back to him, his glare even deeper on his face than before. “I’ve expressed myself clearly to you many times before - it is no fault of mine that you see yourself as better than I simply because of the sword on your back. “I-I don’t understand,” Link repeats, because for once, he truly doesn’t know how it was that he didn’t please this individual. He thought he understood, before, but Revali has grown more and more upset, and Link simply does not understand what he has done wrong to cause this.
He wants to fix this.
It is the first time in his life he can ever truly remember wanting something.
It is as his vision begins to blur (he doesn't know why) that Revali’s expression shifts.

Atsushi is looking at him very hopefully. Ah, an orphan desperate for parents, even if they're just 'for now'.
It's really not worth hurting his feelings...

When Atsushi is deaged, Dazai drops him off at Chuuya's on his day off. In the process, Chuuya learns that there was something very wrong with Atsushi's childhood and does his best to give him the care he was missing, all the while dealing with the troubling discovery that people call him 'Mama of the Port Mafia' behind his back.
