Summary
Poppy nudged her older sister, cutting Clay off before he could finish his sentence. “Come on, let’s jump backwards over the stove in order to not avoid it.”
A pause. The other brothers all stopped and looked up, just in time to see Poppy and Viva start to back up, both girls grinning ear to ear as they gave them all unreadable looks. Panic quickly replaced the concern that was apparent on the brothers’ faces as they held their hands up in an attempt to warn them.
“Careful! There’s hot flames right there,” Bruce warned them.
Or: Poppy and Viva decide to step backwards onto a switched on stove during a game on purpose. It ends up in injury.

He’d probably feel pretty alone. At least, until a certain egg shows up…
OR
Floyd basically ends up raising Branch while trying to heal from his family abandoning him. Oh, and, the other brothers have no idea Branch exists. Floyd-centered, because his role deserves more recognition.
