“Why did you bring us here?” Hunter called out, causing Luz’s face to break out in a grin. She nodded her head towards him ever so slightly in thanks, hoping he would understand.
“I’m so glad you asked my friend! Today, I, Luz Noceda, powerful witch apprentice, student of the great Eda the Owl Lady—” she made sure to place a hand on her chest for extra dramatic flair, “— shall be teaching you all…” another pause for dramatic effect, “… how to climb a tree!!”
Applause broke out from her four friends, each of them watching her with smiles on their faces. Good. She was glad that she was still able to bring them joy.

Luz tries to teach her friends how to climb a tree, and is forced to face the reality of growing up in the process. Luckily, she has some very good friends by her side.

Wilbur smiles. “It was good to say your name, George.”
