Ultra Magnus has never thought of having, or wanting, anything more with his captain. He's happy with how things are, and if he's noticing more and more of Rodimus' appealing qualities, it's surely just a result of Rodimus ever improving as a captain.
Rodimus has wanted more with his second in command for far, far longer than he wants to admit. In fact, he doesn't want to admit it at all, and he will continue not to. He's satisfied with what he has, and will not risk losing it now over some silly feelings.
And Minimus' repressed and long forgotten alt form is just tired of waiting for them to figure it out.

Summary
Wriothesley is the supervillain Warden. He is part of an alliance of supervillains made to destroy Celestia, the heroes and oppressors of this world.
But he is a man of principles, so when the hero’s sidekick Regina saves Leviathan’s (Neuvillette, his loving partner) life, the alliance decides to save her life. It’s only fair— only justice.
This only becomes a problem when the villains start getting attached to Regina. Wriothesley is no exception, though for him, it’s because she reminds him of Furina, the daughter he lost years ago.
