Summary
Toshiko honestly isn't even all that surprised to wake up in yet another life once she's dealt with the creeping overpopulation, the loss of morals, and numerous attempts to get rid of her one way or another. Her born specialization Elemental Sight's defined end point, lacking any indicators related to death had sort of hinted at it after all. Magic doesn't tend to make such errors.
Would've been nice if she was human though, mind. Now excuse her while she has a quiet behind the scene meltdown for the first part of her life regarding some questions about her soulmates.

AN: Not sure where I'm going with this yet so will update tags as I go along. First time writing so apologies for any inconsistencies.
At thirty-two, Harry was far from the boy who had once stumbled into the Wizarding World. He was sharper now, hardened by years of manipulation, betrayal, and the expectations of a society that had so often failed him. He was a man who commanded respect and fear in equal measure. He had learned to use both to his advantage.
When Harry, Advisor to the Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards, finds out about the existence of an entire Supernatural community that is being overseen by Muggle Hunters, he loses his cool composure and reminds everyone that although he carries the title of Advisor to the Supreme Mugwump, he is in actual fact the one who pulls the strings behind the scenes. He orders the ICW to place the Supernatural Community under their jurisdiction and to launch an investigation into the Hunter Network. He heads to Beacon Hills, a hotbed of Supernatural activity that risks revealing itself to the mundane world, and sets-up an ICW embassy and base for his plans to integrate the supernatural community into the Wizarding World.

Despite later claims by Porpentina Goldstein, the first thing that Newt Scamander, illegal magizoologist, actually said to Graves was “Oh. I really didn’t think that there were two of those.”
Graves looked around quickly, wand cautiously raised. One of Grindelwald’s ‘silos’ of stored and mostly illegal paraphernalia had turned out to also include an acid-spitting two-legged ostrich-sized lizard, whose spit had dissolved, unfortunately, much of said illegal paraphernalia, a desk, several chairs, and Newt’s clothes. The lizard was asleep, bubbling gently beside the stairs, clutching the virulently pink flower bulb that Newt had thrown at it right before he’d been drenched.
“Where’s the other one?”
“No, no, I meant your coat,” Newt explained brightly.

It started simple.One morning when Harry woke up, as he step outside to let his gossamer wings unfurl in the early sun, there was little bowl of cream sitting on the table on his balcony. The bowl itself was simple, white porcelain with little painted flowers. Nothing special. But the cream.

It was thick and cool, the heady scent of thick sweet honey heavy in the air. Whoever left it there hadn’t been gone long, beads of condensation glittered as they rolled down the sides an onto the table. Temping. Teasing. And Harry was unable to resist.
