It's hard work, breaking bones, and mucking through.
He'll change the world and do it quirkless. The newest Undergound Hero Eraserhead decides to help a downtrodden kid do his best.

People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

And all you can do is tell yourself that it'll be okay. That you'll be okay. And sometimes you're right and you wake up the next morning to a wonderful day full of sunshine and rainbows and singing birds and you start living life in a damn Disney movie.
Other times you're wrong. The cycle just continues. Maybe Life adds lighter fluid next time. Or fills the bottom of the can with dead fish. And it's up to you to get up off your sorry ass and do something to fix your life because it is clear that you're basically alone. When there's no hero coming to save you, you're forced to save yourself. Be your own hero.
Izuku decides the best way to be a hero is to be a teacher.

Kayaba displays the game menu. “I’m sure you’ve already noticed that the logout button on the main menu has been removed.”
Midoriya’s stomach drops. Removed.
Death in the game is nothing short of reality.
Or
Midoriya used the beta of Sword Art Online as a game to escape his quirkless reality, but on the official launch day it becomes more than just a game.

Izuku Midoriya had never felt such heartbreak before. Just as he was "diagnosed" quirkless, everything came crashing down on him and his mother. Oh, his wonderful and supportive mother. Izuku didn't know what he would have done if she had turned his back on him like everyone else did. But he didn't have to wonder, because it would never happen. But because of that, society not only turned its back on the little greenette, but also his mother. Moving to live with other outcasts of society definitely was a change, but a positive one nonetheless. Izuku couldn't help but wonder, how would life turn out to be here in the Crimson Valley?
