    Summary

Because Choi San isn’t just beautiful. He’s a walking stereotype. The kind of guy always flanked by a pack of girls, basketball jersey hanging off his shoulders, baggy pants sitting low like some sad attempt at effortless cool. Daddy’s money draped across his life in the form of flashy cars, designer sneakers, and probably even the smug little curve of his smile.
And, of course, the moment Wooyoung’s coming out became public knowledge, San took it upon himself—as if the cliché demanded it—to make Wooyoung’s life nothing short of a living hell. A snide comment too loud in the hallway, sharp little jokes tossed casually at his expense, glares that quickly turn into the laughter of his friends.
Wooyoung doesn’t know what he hates more: the flawless perfection San seems to carry so effortlessly, or the fact that, every single time he walks into a room, Wooyoung can’t actually pretend that he doesn’t exist to him.

or, wooyoung is openly gay and san is repressed and aggressive, who also struggles with obsession and guilt.

    Summary

In a society where hybrids were either fancy pets or alleycats, Seonghwa knew he enjoyed many privileges as a pedigree indoor cat and that the discrimination he faced was nothing compared to what stray catpeople went through. These invisible and forgotten cats would probably give everything they have to get just a mere fraction of the perks he got, but he couldn’t help but think that he’d also give everything he has just to enjoy their apparent freedom just once.

He still felt the slight pang of jealousy as he stared at the clowder of catboys playing in the park, excited screams and meows traveling all the way to the car. Seonghwa had never had the chance to interact with strays before, but they always looked so ...happy and carefree. He yearned to know what that felt like.

He snapped out of his longing daydreams when his attention was momentarily drawn to one of the cats laying on the grass - an orange tabby who was already staring at him by the time their eyes met, intense gaze piercing through him.

    Summary

Captain Kim Hongjoong and his crew would do anything in their power to rescue San, their sailing master who was abducted in a seemingly random attack, from the vile clutches of a man known solely by his title: the Commodore - a depraved leader of an unspeakably deadly and despicable fleet.
With no leads and on the brink of despair, they take custody of a man known as the Commodore's favored Lieutenant, Park Seonghwa, a former Navy officer who defected his way into the upper echelons of the Commodore's ranks, and seek to use him to track down the infamous force holding their friend captive.
However, unknown to Hongjoong and the rest, the man they believe to be a willing compatriot of the Commodore is truthfully his greatest victim, called by those who know the open secrets of the depths of the Commodore's evil as the Commodore's Wife.

In an effort to bring their friend home, the crew of the Horizon find themselves in a moral conundrum, attempting to reconcile what they've been told of this man with what they now see. How can a man who is aligned with a monster be a victim, and how can someone who is so scarred and terrified of vulnerability trust anyone enough to tell the truth, even if it could save him?

“They said I lied,” Hongjoong said, remembering the looks on the guards faces, the way one of them had punched him in the gut and threatened to make him regret lying.
“Did you?” omega asked. There was no curiosity in the voice, like he was asking the question just to entertain Hongjoong or be polite, not because he actually cared for the answer.
He grinned. “Well, yeah. Had I told them that I’m a pirate and I actually had robbed the facility moments ago, I’d be heading straight to the gallows.” Getting hanged really wasn’t in his plans that day. “Are you going to tell me what landed you here?”
“They say,” the voice replied, mimicking his tone, “I stabbed someone.”
    “Did you?”
“If I did,” the omega said, “he was a nasty alpha and deserved it.”

OR: Hongjoong meets Seonghwa in a prison cell. They're supposed to part the moment they've escaped, but life, as it happens, has other plans. Having a deadly omega on his ship might be the worst and best thing that ever happened to him.

“I assume you’re the one who requested me?”

Hongjoong’s thoughts were paused, gears turning in his head to figure out how he should react to this. The man’s voice was low, velvety and smooth. It felt like warm honey to his ears. Hongjoong blinked, panic spreading through him as the man began to move, sliding his long, smooth legs off the edge of the bed. Hongjoong’s bed.
